Apartment Buildings Can Get Environmental Coverage.

Program Brokerage Corp., the insurance program-management subsidiary of aye Group, is offering owners and managers of apartment buildings insurance for environmental risks.

Initially, the program will be offered in New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Residential buildings are subject to environmental risks that include carbon-monoxide poisoning from a cracked flue flue
