Apache Achieves Record Sales for the Nineteenth Consecutive Quarter.

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. -- Apache Design Solutions, the technology leader in power sign-off and silicon integrity, today announced that the company has achieved its 19th consecutive quarter of record sales, while maintaining profitability. Sales growth consists of a healthy mix of RedHawk SoC and mixed-signal dynamic power and Sentinel chip-package and I/O (Input/Output) The transfer of data between the CPU and a peripheral device.  integrity solutions. In addition, the company signed a four-year agreement that includes the full spectrum of Apache product lines with one of the top five fabless semiconductor companies.

"Power and noise are clearly a system-wide challenge. The rapid adoption of our new Sentinel product demonstrates that we are addressing the critical need of chip-package-system co-design," said Craig Shirley, vice president of sales at Apache. "Adding the success of Sentinel to the widespread adoption of RedHawk strengthens our business growth."

"Achieving nineteen consecutive quarters of record sales signifies Apache's solid business execution," said Andrew Yang, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of Apache. "We are committed to continue delivering innovative technologies required for our customers to manage power and noise challenges for 65/45nm migrations."

About RedHawk

RedHawk is a full-chip Vectorless Dynamic[TM] power integrity solution for power closure sign-off of nanometer SoC designs. Correlated with silicon measurements and SPICE, RedHawk addresses dynamic power issues such as simultaneous switching output (SSO See single sign-on and CSO.

About Sentinel

Sentinel is the industry's first combined chip-package-board power and I/O integrity solution. It combines a chip's core switching power delivery network, I/O sub-system, and package/PCB models in a single environment for accurate IC-Package co-design from early prototyping to sign-off. Sentinel includes a compact, Spice-compatible chip power model (CPM) including LC resonance along with high capacity I/O-SSO (SSO) solutions for optimal pad/package selection and electro-magnetic interference (EMI (ElectroMagnetic Interference) An electrical disturbance in a system due to natural phenomena, low-frequency waves from electromechanical devices or high-frequency waves (RFI) from chips and other electronic devices.
