Aon expands to 60,000 s/f in Somerset's tallest building.

GVA Williams New Jersey recently completed a 60,099 s/f office lease extension at 270 Davidson Avenue with Aon Consulting in Franklin Township.

GVA Williams New Jersey's first vice president Drew Persson represented the owner, 270 Davidson LLC, in this transaction. CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant, Aon Consulting.

GVA Williams New Jersey serves as the exclusive leasing agent for this eight-story, 228,000 s/f office building.

Currently, 270 Davidson Avenue is 77% leased with 51,000 s/f available. Existing tenants include Lockwood Greene, an engineering and construction firm, and Mindtree Consulting, an international information technology services company.
