Aon Dividend Announced; Second Quarter 2004 Earnings Release and Conference Call Dates Scheduled.

) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share. The cash dividend is payable on August 16, 2004 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on August 3, 2004.

The company will release its second quarter earnings after the market close on Wednesday, August 4, 2004. The earnings release will be available on Aon's web site at www.aon.com.

A webcast conference call will be held on Thursday, August 5, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. CDT CDT
