) today announced that it has priced its common stock offering of 32,000,000 shares at Aon's closing price of $17.18 per share, raising gross proceeds of approximately $550 million, which is an increase from the originally announced $500 million. Aon granted the underwriters an over-allotment option of up to 4,800,000 additional common shares at the offering price. The offering was taken from an existing shelf registration statement.
