Top Source and MTR will work together as independent entities in this strategic alliance to jointly develop the automotive market. Top Source will provide OSAs and technical support. MTR will provide locations and marketing. The agreement covers placement of OSAs within the universe of new and used auto dealerships and national automotive service chains.
