The new Directors are Richard C. Notebaert, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ameritech Corporation and Carolyn Y. Directors Peer Pedersen, Chairman and Managing Partner of Pedersen & Houpt, P.C., and Joan D. Stockholders also approved the Aon 1998 Employee Stock Purchase Plan. The plan provides eligible employees with the opportunity to purchase Aon common stock through payroll deduction at 85% of the fair market value, subject to a semi-annual cap on purchases of $12,500.
