Kroll Inc. (Nasdaq: KROL), the world's leading independent risk consulting company, is complementing its broad portfolio of security services with kidnap & ransom (K&R) insurance brokered by Asset Security Managers (ASM), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aon Limited.

Kroll's new, non-exclusive arrangement with ASM, the world's leading K&R insurance and reinsurance broker, enables clients of Kroll's K&R crisis management and other services to benefit from insurance solutions facilitated by ASM and supported by underwriters at Lloyd's.
