, including its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended Oct. 31, 2003.

Revenues for the quarter were $16,551,275, a decrease of $3,042,068, or 15%, from the $19,593,343 in revenues for the first quarter of this fiscal year (the quarter ended July 31, 2003). Revenues for this quarter were higher than revenues for the same quarter last year by $1,402,739, or 9%.

The company reported a net loss for the quarter ended Oct. 31, 2003 of $(168,292), as compared to net income of $321,985 for the first quarter of this fiscal year (the quarter ended July 31, 2003) and compared to net income of $415,283 for the same quarter last year (the quarter ended Oct. 31, 2002).

Rinehart stated, "As we have announced in the past, we anticipated a drop in revenues during the second quarter of this fiscal year as a result of rising interest rates last summer. The drop was consistent with our expectations, and thus we are on track with our plans to continue to make expenditures to increase our efficiency, long-term profitability, and expand our sources of revenue. As we have stated in the past, while we believe our actions are in the long-term best interest of the company, our short-term operating results may be volatile."
