Anything Internet Corp. Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Inform Worldwide Inc.

Anything Internet Corp. (OTCBB:ANYI), a publicly held e-service company, has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire Inform Worldwide Inc. of Englewood, Colo., for approximately $12,000,000.

The Letter of Intent was approved by the board of both companies on May 4, 2000, and is expected to close within the next 60 days.

Inform Worldwide Inc., a privately held corporation, is a leader in the development of business applications that combine geography and the Internet. Inform develops cost effective, location-based services that enable businesses to increase productivity, profitability and market share. Founded in 1993, they have served over 200 companies including Hewlett-Packard, Oracle, and UtiliCorp.

The market for geo-spatial and location-based data is gigantic, but still in its infancy.
