Antrim Design Systems Closes Series D Financing With Matsushita; Investment Strengthens Commitment to Excellence.

SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 21, 2001

Antrim Design Systems, Inc., the mixed-signal solutions company, announced that they have closed Series D financing with investors including Matsushita. Antrim provides mixed-signal intellectual property (IP), tools and services to the consumer electronics, communications and multimedia industries. (This is one of four announcements dated today regarding Series D financing.)

Matsushita is an existing Antrim customer and will work closely with Antrim to develop additional commercial analog and mixed-signal IP and tools.
