Antique store moves to 66 Crosby Street. (Retail New York).

Quaint Soho antique store, Henro Antiques, is relocating to newly renovated prime retail space at 66 Crosby St. According to Bruce Sinder, president of Sinvin Realty Corp., the retailer has signed a 10-year lease for over 10,000 SF of highly polished space, including the basement space.

The terms of the lease are undisclosed; however, the asking price was $60 per SF or $300,000 per year. With the move, Henro will be more than doubling the size of the store it occupied for eight years, at 462 Broome St. Henro is slated to re-open in its new location in September.

Henro's new space has 50 feet of frontage on Crosby Street, near the corner of Spring Street. The space also boasts 16-foot ceilings, oversize windows, central air conditioning and a windowed basement with 11-foot ceiling. Nearby retailers include MOMA Design Store, The Apartment, French General, George Smith Furniture and Soho Integrative Health, another Sinvin deal.
