Antioxidant-rich chocolate bar.Antioxidant-rich chocolate bar: Terra Nostra has launched its Robust Dark & Roasted Almonds bar made with 60% cacao. According to company officials, the chocolate used to make the new bar contains 10 times the antioxidant antioxidant, substance that prevents or slows the breakdown of another substance by oxygen. Synthetic and natural antioxidants are used to slow the deterioration of gasoline and rubber, and such antioxidants as vitamin C (ascorbic acid), butylated hydroxytoluene level of blueberries by weight. The confection con·fec·tion n. A sweetened medicinal compound. Also called electuary. will display a recent change in packaging to a vertical design, complete with suggested pairings, notes on the chocolate, antioxidant levels and an ingredient list.
