Antik Denim, LLC, Enters into Licensing Agreement for ''U'' with Yanuk Jeans, LLC.

COMMERCE, Calif. -- Blue Holdings Inc. (OTCBB:BLHL), a designer, manufacturer and distributor of high-end fashion jeans and denim apparel, today announced that it has signed a five-year licensing agreement with Yanuk Jeans, LLC ("Yanuk") effective October 5, 2005, and expiring September 30, 2010. Under the terms of the agreement, Blue Holdings is the exclusive licensee for design, development, manufacture, sale, marketing and distribution of the "U" trademark in all categories for men, women and children. Blue Holdings will pay to Yanuk as royalty five percent of all net sales of the licensed products. Yanuk is wholly owned by Paul Guez, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President and majority shareholder of Blue Holdings. The license agreement was approved by a majority of Blue Holdings' Board of Directors, including all of its independent directors.
