Antigenics Announces Addition of Three New Board Members and Appointment Of CFO.

Antigenics Inc. (Nasdaq:AGEN) announced today that three new members, Margaret Eisen, Wadih Jordan and Mark Kessel, have been appointed to Antigenics' board of directors, effective immediately. The company also announced the appointment of Jeff D. Clark, formerly senior director of corporate finance and development, to the newly created position of chief financial officer.
