As a result of this move, Denis Denis, king of Portugal: see Diniz. Galbraith and Michelle Sedmak will tender their resignations. Mr. Paul Legault, presently a director of the Corporation, will assume the duties of President, Secretary/Treasurer on a temporary basis until such time as a new Quebec based board of directors and new officers can be appointed.
