Anti-social call 'every 15 seconds' YOBS.Byline: JAMES LYONS POLICE were flooded with more than two million complaints about drunken or rowdy yobs last year, it was revealed yesterday. Officers were contacted about shouting, swearing and other bad behaviour every 15 seconds, new figures showed.
