The move will enable Postini to enhance its redundancy and disaster recovery operations by leveraging Equinix's high-performance data center infrastructure and the industry-leading aggregation of networks available within Equinix's centers.

Postini's Preemptive Email Protection technology is a managed service model that protects enterprise servers and desktops at the perimeter, stopping spam and viruses before they enter the network.
