Anthra Pharmaceuticals announces development agreement with Schering AG, Germany.PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 25, 1995--Anthra Pharmaceuticals Inc. announced today the signing of worldwide research and development, stock purchase, and license agreements between Anthra and Schering AG, Germany and its U.S. affiliate, Schering Berlin Venture Corp.
