Anthotiro with Honey and Mint.


For the Anthotiro, in a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Fold to combine. Using a spoon, divide the mix into 24 pieces and roll into 1-inch rounds. Place on a parchment-lined sheet pan, and set aside.

To serve, place some Anthotiro cheese rounds and a rose petal in the center of a plate. Drizzle some honey around the dish and garnish garnish v. to obtain a court order directing a party holding funds (such as a bank) or about to pay wages (such as an employer) to an alleged debtor to set that money aside until the court determines (decides) how much the debtor owes to the creditor.  with mint.

For the Anthotiro:

24 ounces Anthotiro cheese [*]

1/2 bunch mint, stemmed stemmed

(**.) Attiki honey is a specialty thyme thyme (tīm), any species of the genus Thymus, aromatic herbs or shrubby plants of the family Labiatae (mint family). The common thyme, which is used as a seasoning herb and yields a medicinal essential oil containing thymol, is the Old World  flavored honey collected on Mt. Olympus in Greece.
