Anthony Nieves Named Vice President of Purchasing and General Manager of Hilton Equipment Corp.BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 17, 1998--Anthony Nieves has been named vice president of purchasing and general manager of Hilton Equipment Corp. Nieves most recently served as regional director of purchasing for Hilton Hotels and Resorts in Phoenix, Arizona. He replaces Donald Royal who is retiring after a 24-year Hilton career. In his new position, Nieves is responsible for supervising the purchasing, supply management and formulating and implementing corporate procurement policies and procedures Policies and Procedures are a set of documents that describe an organization's policies for operation and the procedures necessary to fulfill the policies.
