:ANT) announced the election Friday of Richard M. Rodstein, 40, as director of the company.

Rodstein joined Anthony in 1984 as chief financial officer, and in 1988 was promoted to executive vice president - operations. On Jan. 1, 1990, he was elected president and chief operating officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)
