Anthem Properties Acquires Three Office Buildings in Phoenix.

:ANT) is pleased to announce that it has acquired three suburban office buildings in Phoenix, Arizona Phoenix /ˈfiːˌnɪks/ (English: Phoenix, Navajo: Hoozdo, lit. "the place is hot", Western Apache: Fiinigis) is the capital and the most populous city of the U.S.  totalling 66,000 square feet. The buildings are 95 percent occupied and are located close to Camelback cam·el·back

The purchase price of US$4.9 million was financed by the assumption of US$850,000 in existing debt and cash on hand. An additional US$2.7 million in financing has been committed. The going-in cap rate is 10.6 percent and the leveraged return on equity is 18.9 percent.
