Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

Douglas J. Wenners has taken the reins as president of Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in New Hampshire. He previously served as vice president and general manager of Anthem parent corporation WellPoint's health-care management division for New Hampshire, Connecticut, Maine, New York, Virginia and Georgia. His appointment follows the promotion of Lisa Guertin, president since 2004, to senior vice president of commercial marking and product for WellPoint.
