Antennas America, Inc (OTCBB:ANTM), announced today that it will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on October 11, 2000, at 9:00 a.m. at the Brown Palace Hotel in Denver, Colorado.

Recent Developments:

On September 22, 2000, Winncom Technologies Corp. introduced its new line of wireless network PCs and laptop computers.

On September 6, 2000, Winncom Technologies Corp. announced that it had signed an Agreement with Lucid Voice Ltd. to distribute Voice-Over-IP products.

On August 15, 2000, the Company reported its second quarter results and the results of the Winncom acquisition with combined revenues exceeding $2,000,000 per month for June and July 2000.

On July 13, 2000, the Company announced that it had retained Park Avenue Capital to perform investor relations services.

On July 12, 2000, Winncom Technologies Corp. announced that it had become a new BreezeCom distributor.

On July 10, 2000, the Company announced that it had named Glenn A. Befort as Chief Executive Officer and a member of its Board Of Directors. Mr. Befort had previously been President and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Information and Communications Mobile, LLC Company.

On June 6, 2000, the Company named Burton J. Calloway, former VP of Business Development for Ericsson, as VP, Business Development, for Antennas America, Inc.
