:ANTM ANTM America`s Next Top Model (TV show) ) today reported results for the three months and six months ended June 30, 2000.

Sales for the three months increased 142% to $2.9 million as compared to $1.2 million for the same period last year. Six month year to date sales increased 129% to $3.9 million as compared to $1.7 million for the same period last year. The increase in revenues for both periods resulted primarily from the acquisition of the Winncom business, which was effective on May 24, 2000, for only the last 37 days of the period. The second quarter resulted in a loss of $137,000 as compared to income of $6,000 for the same period last year, and the six months ended June 30, 2000, resulted in a loss of $241,000 as compared to a loss of $86,000 for the same period last year.

To accelerate growth, as previously announced, Antennas America is transitioning to an end-to-end wireless solutions company and will propose to its shareholders later this year to change the Company name to ARC Wireless Solutions to better represent the new business model. On May 24, 2000, the Company took its first step in implementing its strategic growth plan by acquiring all of the assets of Winncom Technologies Inc., a turnkey wireless supplier.
