:ANTM ANTM America`s Next Top Model (TV show) ) announced today that Glenn Befort has joined the Company as Chief Executive Officer and a member of its Board Of Directors.

Mr. Befort had been with Siemens since 1989, most recently as President and Chief Executive Officer of its Information And Communications Mobile, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

Randall P. Marx, the previous Chief Executive Officer of Antennas America, will remain with the Company in a full-time capacity as Director of Acquisitions and will continue to serve as a member of the Board Of Directors. He will concentrate on pursuing acquisitions and transitioning the newly acquired companies into the Antennas America family.
