Antennas America Fully Subscribes $8 Million in Private Placement Equity Financing.

WHEAT RIDGE, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 3, 2000

Antennas America, Inc. (OTCBB:ANTM), announced today that it has fully subscribed $8 million of private placement equity financing, consisting of the sale of 16,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock and warrants to purchase 16,000,000 additional shares at a price of $1.50 per share.

The shares and warrants have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold absent registration or an applicable exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933. The Company has agreed to file a registration statement for the stock and warrants covered by the Private Placement within 10 business days after the Company is required to file its annual report on Form 10-KSB for the year ended December 31, 2000.

The funds will be used to support acquisition initiatives as well as internal investments in research and development, marketing and production, all of which are part of the Company's business plan. The Company will focus on markets with existing presence and selected new wireless markets to realize growth in a focused manner.

To help realize the expected growth, the Company is taking advantage of a rare opportunity to acquire and integrate, at a reasonable cost, wireless technology and component companies having high internal growth rates. The combination of high internal growth rates and new acquisitions will help the Company command premium shareholder value during a window of opportunity for companies that provide competitive solutions for the rapidly expanding wireless market.
