Dr. Huebner has been a Director of the Company since 1998 and Principal Consulting Engineer since February 28, 2000. Dr. Huebner was employed as Department Staff Engineer at Lockheed Martin Astronautics astronautics: see space science.

From the Earth to the Moon
 for 14 years and prior to Lockheed Martin was a department manager and principal engineer involved in antenna engineering for commercial and aerospace antenna/microwave projects at Ball Communications, a subsidiary of Ball Corporation, and a senior staff engineer for antenna and microwave technology at Hughes Aircraft. Dr. Huebner received a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from UCLA UCLA University of California at Los Angeles

In addition, the Company has added Raymond Lovestead to its engineering staff. Mr. Lovestead, who will report directly to Dr. Huebner, graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, at Blacksburg; land-grant and state supported; coeducational; chartered and opened 1872 as an agricultural and mechanical college.  in December 1999 with a Masters Degree in Engineering and Antenna Design. Mr. Lovestead is the author of Helical Antenna Optimization by Genetic Algorithms which he will present to the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, New York, www.ieee.org) A membership organization that includes engineers, scientists and students in electronics and allied fields.  Antennas and Propagation Society's International Symposium in Salt Lake City on July 17, 2000.
