Antenna Products, Inc. Announces 2000 Fiscal Year End Results.

WILMINGTON, Del.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 6, 2000

Antenna Products, Inc. announced 2000 fiscal year end results today.

The Company recorded a net loss of $84,769 (4 cents per share Cents per share

) on sales of $7.9 million for the year ended May 31, 2000, as compared with a net profit of $234,369 (13 cents per share) on sales of $7.8 million for the year ended May 31, 1999.

The Company closed the year with a year-end backlog of $6.8 million. This compares to $3.3 million in backlog at the end of fiscal year 1999.

The loss for the year was the result of the increase in sales and administrative expenses incurred during the acquisition of The Upholstery upholstery, general term for household fittings, hangings, curtains, cushions, and covers.
