Kevin Omiliak and Russell Davis Join Ansyr to Spearhead Sales

and Corporate Development

Ansyr Technology Corp., today announces the appointment of Kevin Omiliak as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Russell Davis, their new Vice President of Corporate Sales. Ansyr is a West Coast-based software firm and maker of Primer(TM), a PDF viewer, which gives mobile professionals on-the-spot access to vital documents on handheld computers and devices.

Kevin Omiliak will lead Ansyr's business development initiatives within the handheld and mobile computing industries--including management of strategic alliances, ongoing channel development, OEM relationships and partnerships--focusing on getting Ansyr's products distributed efficiently to target customers and resellers. He will report directly to Norm Levy, Ansyr's President and CEO.

Kevin's 18-plus years of experience in sales, sales management and marketing was very attractive to Ansyr leadership. Before joining Ansyr, Kevin was Regional Vice President of Sales at Toshiba America, where he generated an astounding annual revenue of $730 million dollars through sales, new market development and sales engineering for the company's government, education, corporate and global enterprise markets. Prior to Toshiba, Kevin managed Channel Development for Network Appliance, a Silicon Valley software startup company, which provides high availability network-attached storage. Before working with Network Appliance, he served in various sales management capacities with MicroAge Corporate, Zenith Data Systems and Epson America.

Russell Davis is now Ansyr's Vice President of Corporate Sales. His major responsibilities include generation of revenues from sales to corporate customers in mobile computing markets. Russell has an extensive sales management background--he's held executive level positions since 1991, successfully managing sales for large as well as for emerging organizations. For nine-and-a-half years he led sales efforts at Walker, Richer & Quinn (WRQ), a $140 million Seattle-based software company. During his tenure as National Sales Manager, Russell was influential in developing a strategic sales force that increased North American sales by 600% throughout a six-year period. His experience also includes roles as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Audio Track Watermark Solutions and VP Sales at iTango Software, and International Sales Manager at Revelation Technologies.
