) today announced that it is now in compliance with the requirements for continued listing on The Nasdaq Global Market, as set forth in Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(14), as a result of filing its Form 10-Q report for the quarter ended September 29, 2006 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 15, 2007. The Company also announced that it filed an amended Form 10-K for fiscal year 2005 as well as amended Form 10-Q's for the first and second quarters of 2006. The restatements resulted from the misappropriation by its former disbursement DISBURSEMENT. Literally, to take money out of a purse. Figuratively, to pay out money; to expend money; and sometimes it signifies to advance money.
