Top Industry Analyst Organization Evaluates Answerthink's

Answerthink, Inc. (Nasdaq:ANSR) announced today that it has been listed in the "Leader" quadrant in a new Magic Quadrant research report from Gartner Inc. which evaluates mid-tier consultants and systems integrators offering Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) services. Answerthink was evaluated based on its completeness of vision and ability to execute, and was one of only two vendors listed in the upper right-hand quadrant of the Gartner Magic Quadrant.

The April 28 research report, "ESP BPR Magic Quadrant for 2003" by Alex Soejarto and Ted Kempf, evaluated BPR external service providers with annual IT professional service revenues between $100 million and $999 million based on two primary factors. To evaluate "Completeness of Vision," Gartner looked at criteria that include: strategic plan and vision, innovation and thought leadership, investment to achieve vision, business development, human capital investments, and BPR practice area profile. To evaluate "Ability to Execute," Gartner looked at: learning reuse and knowledge management, process expertise, vertical expertise, alliances, methodology and measuring results, effective resourcing, and client delivery model.

Gartner also interviewed and evaluated information on a range of Answerthink's BPR clients. These included clients in auto distribution, banking, electronics manufacturing, enterprise software, health care, information services, telecommunications, toy manufacturing, and waste services.
