AnswerSoft Names President and CEO to Steer Company Expansion.


RICHARDSON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 3, 1997--AnswerSoft, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has named David W. Brandenburg as president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of the company and has appointed him to its Board of Directors.

AnswerSoft, founded in 1993, delivers industry-leading Inter-Application Automation solutions that enable call centers to rapidly design and deploy unique methods for providing superior customer service for enhanced customer retention and greater profitability. AnswerSoft, recently recognized as one of 1997's Fast Tech 50 -- a premiere business award that recognizes the fastest-growing high technology companies in the Dallas metroplex -- has entered a new stage of expansion to be steered by Brandenburg.

Brandenburg succeeds AnswerSoft co-founder Jeanne Bayless, who will continue duties as chairman, Board of Directors, in addition to focusing on development of strategic partnerships.

Most recently, Brandenburg was vice chairman, president and COO of InterVoice, Inc. where he steered company growth and expansion, increasing revenues more than 250% in less than five years, and increased shareholder value 1100% from 1991 to 1995. Prior to his tenure at InterVoice, he was co-founder, president and CEO of Entre Computer Center in Dallas where he built revenues of $30 million dollars per year in only seven years.
