Another reason to eat Latin.


Mediterranean diets have long been known to fight heart disease and high blood pressure. Now, researchers are finding, they might also be a significant guard against Alzheimer's disease. The eating habits in southern France, Italy and Spain are rich in red wine and olive oil, along with plenty of fruit, vegetables, pulses and fish.
