LOS ANGELES -- Anodyne Medical Device, Inc. ("Anodyne Medical Device") announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Anatomic Concepts, Inc. ("Anatomic Concepts") from Anatomic Global, Inc. In September, the company announced that it had executed definitive purchase agreements for the acquisition of Anatomic Concepts, Inc.
