Annuncio Names Allen Spence Vice President of Professional Services; Promotes Karil Reibold to CFO.

Annuncio Software(TM) today announced that Allen Spence, former vice president and general manager at Cadence Design Systems, Inc., has joined Annuncio's management team as vice president of professional services. Spence brings 20 years of senior consulting, management, financial, sales and marketing experience to Annuncio. His responsibilities will include leading Annuncio's professional services organization, including a core team of marketing and technical consulting professionals along with technical support, customer education, and account management professionals. The company also announced the promotion of Karil Reibold to chief financial officer.

Spence previously owned and managed his own consulting practice specializing in process industry manufacturing. He holds an MBA and BA from the University of Missouri.

Reibold previously served as Annuncio's vice president of finance and operations. In her new position as CFO, she will oversee Annuncio's financial planning as well as the company's daily accounting and financial affairs.
