Annual Review of Communications 1998 Now Available From IEC.


CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 1, 1998--The 1998 edition of the Annual Review of Communications has been published by the International Engineering Consortium (IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission, Geneva, Switzerland, www.iec.ch) An organization that sets international electrical and electronics standards founded in 1906.
