The California CPA Education Foundation Nominations & Leadership Development Committee has named a slate of candidates for its 2002-03 board of trustees.
Foundation officers to serve a one-year term, beginning with election at the Foundation 2002 Annual Meeting and concluding at the Foundation 2003 Annual Meeting: Marc Parkinson, president; Loretta Doon Doon (d n), river, c.30 mi (48 km) long, South Ayrshire and East Ayrshire, SW Scotland, flowing NW through Loch Doon (6 mi/9.7 km long) to the Firth of Clyde S of Ayr. Robert Burns celebrated its beauty in his poetry., first vice president; Anthony Teng, vice president; and Elliott Kajan, treasurer.
Trustees nominated for a two-year term for 2002-04: Beverly Brautigam, Sacramento; Melissa Fortune, Bakersfield; M. Zafar Iqbal, Central Coast; Laura Kauls, Los Angeles; Louis Savett, Los Angeles; and Thad Scott, Fresno.
The 2002 Foundation Annual Meeting will be held in San Francisco, Saturday, July 13.
