Hufvudstaden held its Annual General Meeting today at Operaterrassen, Stockholm Opera House. The Meeting adopted the Board of Directors' proposal of a dividend of SEK SEK

The Meeting adopted the Board of Directors' proposal of an unchanged remuneration REMUNERATION. Reward; recompense; salary. Dig. 17, 1, 7.  to the Board of SEK 900,000 compared with the preceding year, to be distributed as the Board determines.
