At today's Annual General Meeting of Securitas AB History
Securitas AB was founded in 1934 in Sweden, though it has originated from the "Pinkertons" organization that established in 1850. Pinkerton is still a wholly owned subsidiary of Securitas. Since 1934 it has expanded and grown into various areas of the security business.

Election of the Board of Directors

Thomas Berglund, Carl Douglas, Gustaf Douglas Count Gustaf Archibald Douglas (born 1938) is a Swedish businessman and Moderate Party politician.

His family, a Swedish noble family of Scottish origin, was introduced in the 17th century at Riddarhuset under number 19 among families of comital status.
, Anders Frick, Philippe Foriel-Destezet, Berthold Lindqvist, Fredrik Palmstierna and Melker Schorling were re-elected. The Annual General Meeting also decided that the number of Board Members shall be as current, eight. Fees to the board members shall be unchanged and amount to SEK SEK

According to the proposal of the Board of Directors, the Annual General Meeting established the dividend at SEK 1.20 per share.
