There were several very good papers this year but Pricing the Services of Scientific Cores was innovative, well researched, and practical in its approach. We think it will be extremely useful to many research institutions, faculty, and administrators. SEA is also making quantity copies of this paper available for $150 for 50 reprints. A single copy of the entire journal can be purchased for $50 by contacting the SEA Executive Office. To order contact judge@srainternational.org.
