) announced today that they have signed a multi-year contract with FLEX-O-TEX, Inc., of Bronx, NY, to optimize, service and improve the company's cogeneration cogeneration

Under the terms of the new agreement:

--  APP/ASI will provide turnkey engineering and construction services
    at FLEX-O-TEX to implement major improvements to the company's
    cogeneration plant and utility systems.

--  APP/ASI will perform sustaining engineering services for the full
    term of the contract, including the testing and maintenance of
    FLEX-O-TEX's steam trap population.

--  APP/ASI will aggressively pursue all future utility improvement
    opportunities and share savings benefits with FLEX-O-TEX.
