WINDSOR, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 28, 2001

Building on the success of AfW Online and responding to requests from large agents and brokers, AMS AMS - Andrew Message System  Services announced today an ASP-hosted offering for the large agent/broker market and other insurance distributors that require customized agency management software. Technical chores such as updates to the server operating system See network operating system. , updates to the database software, server hardware upgrades, and server hardware maintenance are performed by dedicated AMS personnel rather than broker employees.

-- reduced administration - The broker has no backup to run each night and check each morning and no updates or administration of server or Sagitta software. In addition to the tangible savings of time and money, brokers who choose to implement Sagitta Online will enjoy reduced need for IT personnel.

-- better expense profile - The ASP model for software delivery eliminates a major portion of the hardware expense and the software license charges associated with the initial implementation of Sagitta.
