 (Health Care Organization), has announced the creation of a subsidiary, CompPartners Texas. Based in Austin, Texas, the new company will provide state-specific workers' compensation workers' compensation, payment by employers for some part of the cost of injuries, or in some cases of occupational diseases, received by employees in the course of their work.  managed care and property and casualty solutions to insurance companies, managed care entities, TPAs (Third-Party Administrators), employers, and government entities.

Carlin named Lisa G. Hannusch president of the new entity. "Ms. Hannusch's in-depth understanding of Texas, its insurance issues and its medical system, combined with our proven cost-containment strategies will help rein in the skyrocketing claims costs in Texas."

Hannusch's 20-year health care career encompasses management positions within medical, regulatory, insurance and technology companies. Most recently she was director of workers' compensation for ADP (1) (Automatic Data Processing) Synonymous with data processing (DP), electronic data processing (EDP) and information processing.
