Michael R. Rosenberg has been named senior vice president and director of Midwest commercial marketing at LaSalle Bank in Chicago. Previously he was first vice president of Midwest commercial marketing.

Don Putnam was appointed director of sates and senior vice president for Kislak National Bank in Miami Lakes, Fla. Putnam joined the bank in 1999 as senior vice president in the commercial Lending department.

Lori Philo Cook has been promoted from vice president and marketing director to senior vice president, marketing director at Northrim Bank in Anchorage, Alaska. She is a charter employee of the bank with more than 19 years' bank marketing experience.

Invest Financial Corp. of Tampa, Fla., has named Joe Stillwell to the post of vice president of new business development. Stillwell previously was a regional vice president for Invest's northeast and southeast regions.

Lenore Schell was named vice president of product management and marketing at NuEdge Systems in Milwaukee, Wisc. Before joining NuEdge Systems, Schell was vice president of product management for the customer relationship management division of Metavante Corp.

Keith Pilkington has joined Princeton Partners, a New Jersey-based brand marketing agency, as senior consultant for its Brand Intelligence and Orientation group. Previously, Pilkington worked with Midlantic Bank and PNC Bank in marketing capacities.

Richard Bell, formerly director of e-banking at TowerGroup, has joined Meridien Research of Newton, Mass. He will work on CRM topics in banking and financial services and in Meridien's retail e-finance practice.

The BISYS Group Inc promoted Dennis Sheehan president and chief operating officer. Sheehan has been with BISYS since 1995, when he was named senior vice president of finance. In 1998 he became executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Robert Skolnick was named president and chief executive officer at BAIGlobal Inc., succeeding Kathryn Knight, company president for the past 15 years, who will continue as a consultant through the end of the year. Skolnick was formerly executive vice president.

ICT Group Inc., a provider of CRM programs, announced three new appointments. David C. Morrell was named vice president of sales for the firm's ICT Connected Touch subsidiary. Previously, Morrell was international sales manager for iWork Software. Charles W. Raudonis was named vice president for information technology. Most recently, Raudonis was director and practice manager for CoreTech Consulting Group's e-business applications practice. Greg Gattin was named ICT Group vice president for systems development. He was formerly director of operations in the Alltell Information Services Call Center Solutions Group.
