SpectraScience, Inc. ("SpectraScience") (Pink Sheets:SPSIQ), announced today that the joint motion of Timothy D. Moratzka, its Chapter 7 Trustee, and GDBA GDBA Guide Dogs for the Blind Association
GDBA Graduate Diploma in Business Administration
GDBA Graphic Design Business Association
GDBA Graduate Diploma of Business Administration
GDBA Greater Detroit Bowling Association (Michigan) 
 Investments, LLLP LLLP Limited Liability Limited Partnership  to (i) convert its bankruptcy case (BKY BKY Bukavu, Zaire (airport code)  Case No. 02-42904) from Chapter 7 to Chapter 11 and (ii) appoint Timothy D. Moratzka as Trustee-In-Possession, as filed on January 15, 2003, was granted by the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area.  Bankruptcy Court bankruptcy court n. the specialized Federal court in which bankruptcy matters under the Federal Bankruptcy Act are conducted. There are several bankruptcy courts in each state, and each one's territory covers several counties.  for the District of Minnesota (the "Bankruptcy Court") on February 5, 2003.
