Annette Mulee Joins RadiSys as Vice President and General Counsel.

RadiSys Corp. (Nasdaq:RSYS), a leading global designer and manufacturer of building blocks enabling next-generation Internet and communications systems, announced today that Annette Mulee has been appointed vice president, general counsel and secretary for the company.

Before joining RadiSys, Mulee was a partner with Portland-based law firm Stoel Rives LLP where she practiced in the areas of mergers and acquisitions; venture financing; technology protection and licensing; and general corporate counsel for the firm's high-technology clients. Mulee also chaired the Emerging Businesses Practice Group at Stoel Rives.

Mulee received her law degree from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College. She also holds an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate Business School and an undergraduate degree in economics from Cornell University. Mulee will report to Myers.
