Annette Mulee Joins RadiSys as Vice President and General Counsel.

HILLSBORO, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 30, 2000

RadiSys Corp. (Nasdaq:RSYS), a leading global designer and manufacturer of building blocks enabling next-generation Internet and communications systems, announced today that Annette Mulee has been appointed vice president, general counsel and secretary for the company.

Before joining RadiSys, Mulee was a partner with Portland-based law firm Stoel Rives LLP where she practiced in the areas of mergers and acquisitions; venture financing; technology protection and licensing; and general corporate counsel for the firm's high-technology clients. Mulee also chaired the Emerging Businesses Practice Group at Stoel Rives.

"Annette's years of strategic, senior-level experience in high-tech law are exactly what we're looking for in the new position we've created on the executive team," said Glen Myers, chairman and CEO of RadiSys. "Her knowledge and background will be key to shaping the continued and notable growth of our company."

Mulee received her law degree from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College Clark College: see Atlanta Univ. Center.. She also holds an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate Business School and an undergraduate degree in economics from Cornell University. Mulee will report to Myers.
