"If you want to grow, you have to commit," commented Pornerantz, who explained that Anne Klein is bullish on SoHo and firmly believes that it will soon revive as one of the City's most vibrant and trendy retail destinations. Anne Klein is currently building out the space, which it plans to occupy in spring 2002. The asking rent for the space was approximately $300 per SF.
