After a decade as superintendent of the 525-student Windthorst, Texas Windthorst is a town in Texas, United States. It is part of the Wichita Falls, Texas Metropolitan Statistical Area. Anne (Anne Elizabeth Alice Louise), 1950–, British princess, only daughter of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, duke of Edinburgh. She was educated at Benenden School.
 Poplin has assumed the executive directorship of the Region 9 Educational Service Center based in Wichita Falls, Texas Wichita Falls is a city in Wichita County, Texas, United States. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 104,197. It is the principal city of the Wichita Falls Metropolitan Statistical Area, which encompasses all of Archer, Clay and Wichita counties. . Poplin earlier spent nine years with the intermediate agency that serves 40 school systems, filling posts as director of special education and staff development and overseeing all instructional activities. She also spent much of her career in the special education field, starting with a teaching position in Wichita Falls Wichita Falls, city (1990 pop. 96,259), seat of Wichita co., N Tex., on the Wichita River; inc. 1889. The city's name comes from the Wichitas and from the falls that have since been reduced to an area of rapidly flowing water in the Wichita River. .
